Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Service Agreement
By requesting a repair pickup or visiting our office, you agree to these terms. Care India Plus provides professional mobile repair services using original grade or high-quality OEM parts.
2. Device Diagnosis & Quoting
- An initial estimate is provided based on the information you share. A final quote is only issued after physical diagnosis.
- If additional issues are found during repair, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
- If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, a minimal inspection fee may apply to cover pickup and logistics.
3. Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work with a standard warranty on most repairs:
- Warranty covers only the specific part replaced and the labor associated with it.
- Warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or third-party tampering after our repair.
- Software issues or unrelated hardware failures are not covered under the repair warranty.
4. Data Responsibility
While we take every precaution, Care India Plus is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. We strongly recommend that customers back up their data before handing over the device.
5. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected or for which payment is not received within 30 days of the completion notice will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
